Summer kick-off at Bartlett

11 year old Scouts came from near and far to enjoy an overnighter at Camp Bartlett. The weather didn't cooperate too well. Between the intermittent snowfall and the muddy trails they still seemed to have fun. They rotated through stations to earn their Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class.
Along with advancements, the boys were able to take part in two flag ceremonies, get to know their troop better, learn to cook and enjoy the time in the mountains.

I had my own eleven-year old group there this year. We had a wonderful time and the boys couldn't stop talking about it on the way home. Excellent for the first weeek of camp, especially in the weather we had.
